In 2013 Konstantin finished the post-graduate department of the RPFU with specialization in civil law.

He has over 15 years of experience in commercial and corporate law, M&A and legal support of investment activity in different jurisdictions. Konstantin has a broad experience in consulting and supporting HNWI and corporate clients in various fields of private law, business law, compliance, real estate, corporate, M&A, IP, family law and business and personal regulatory requirements.
Konstantin started his post graduate career in Deloitte CIS and spent 5 years in the Legal Group of the Big4 company specializing in corporate, IP and real estate.
In the recent 10 years he has a status of attorney at law and is admitted to the Moscow City Bar. For 9 years he has been a member of a big law office in Moscow specializing in support of M&A transactions and consulting on various issues of the private law, leaded the groups of attorneys supporting various major projects.

Konstantin is a certified translator from English and French languages. Konstantin is an author of several scientific researches and publications devoted to real estate regulation in Russian and international law and is constantly attracted as a visiting professor for practical courses in RPFU.
